Conference Registration

Short Course Only Registration

If you are registering for both a Short Course and the Conference, please use the registration link above. If you are registering for a Short Course Only and not registering for the full conference, register using this link: Short Course Only Registration.

Alternative Registration Method

Registration via email, fax, or mail is also possible by completing the IMPS 2023 Registration Form and returning to the contact information for the Psychometric society therein.

Important Dates and Fee Information

  • Presenters must register no later than May 7, 2023, or your presentation will be removed from the program.
  • Early registration ends May 21, 2023.  Registration prices after this date will increase.

Note: All prices are in US dollars (USD). Registration fees include:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Access to the IMPS Conference smart phone app and program materials 
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments Tuesday to Friday
  • Welcome Poster Session Reception with appetizers
  • Friday evening Closing Excursion Reception (Located at the Spy Museum in Washington D.C.) 

2023 IMPS Registration Fees

Early Bird (on or before 21 May 2023)

  • Regular Member: $500
  • Non-Member: $600
  • Student: $250
  • Retired Member: $250
  • Developing Countries* Attendee: $250

Late registration (after 21 May 2023)

  • Regular Member: $625
  • Non-Member: $725
  • Student: $375
  • Retired Member: $375
  • Developing Countries* Attendee: $250

*IMPS will discount the registration fee for attendees from Developing Countries as defined by the World Bank. A list of countries according to global economies are noted below (or here) that are eligible for this conference discount.

Short Course Only

  • Regular Member: $250
  • Non-Member: $300

Additional Admission Fees: 

  • Excursion Closing Reception Only Guest Registration - $95.00 (Ticket for guest of attendee to the Excursion Closing Reception event.)
  • Full Guest Registration – $120.00 (Guests of meeting attendees are invited to attend the Welcome Poster Reception & the Closing Excursion Reception. This ticket does not provide access to the meeting sessions.)

Cancellation Policy

A $100 processing fee will be applied if you cancel conference registration on or before May 31, 2023 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be given after May 31, 2023.

A $50 processing fee will be applied if you cancel short course registration on or before May 31, 2023 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be given after May 31, 2023.
