The DEI Committee was formed to promote greater diversity and inclusivity across the Psychometric Society. The committee is dedicated to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the Society’s goals and operations. It monitors existing policies and processes, providing recommendations for improvement. Furthermore, the committee engages with the membership to ensure that a broad spectrum of perspectives and experiences is acknowledged, represented, and incorporated into the Society’s policies, activities, and strategic planning.
