The IMPS educational sessions will be held at the Yonsei University Campus in The Commons (B1) Building

IMPS Headquarters Hotel

The IMPS 2026 Program Committee has arranged a limited courtesy hotel room block this year. One hotel property, The Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, has partnered with the Society and will serve as the headquarter hotel.

This negotiated hotel rate is only offered for a limited time and on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability or until the discounted IMPS rate expires on June 18, 2026.

  • Double room type: 1 queen-sized bed; accommodates up to 2 people
  • Twin room type: 2 single-sized twin beds; accommodates up to 2 people
  • Note: No additional room types are offered through the IMPS discounted link, the hotel may be able to accommodate other room type needs based on availability and higher rates by booking directly through their IHG hotel website if needed.
Cancellation Policy

Important note: This cancellation is different from booking through the IHG hotel portal. No exceptions will be made. You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or make changes. A reservation through the IMPS booking link is fully refundable up until the cut-off date: June 18, 2026.

  • 30 days before arrival, 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
  • 7 days before arrival, 70% cancellation charge will be incurred.
  • A 100% cancellation charge applies to cancellations or changes made within three days of arrival or during your stay.

Attendees are not obligated to book at the headquarters hotel. From the University, they are approximately a one-hour walk, up to 30-minute drive pending traffic, or available by transit however may have multiple stops that may take attendees up to one-hour.
