The IMPS 2024 Program Committee has arranged a limited courtesy hotel room block at the Hilton Old Town Prague Hotel which is the IMPS headquarter hotel this year.

This negotiated hotel rate is only offered for a limited time and on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability or until the discounted IMPS group rate expires. 

Important Note: Please be aware of Hotel scam email inquiries to arrange and book an attendee/speaker hotel reservation for this year. The Society has NOT arranged this type of service and would like to caution attendees to not accept these type of offers. All hotel information that is recommended by the Society will be located on the IMPS 2024 conference website only.

Booking Information

Availability and discounted rates at this hotel are based on a first-come, first-served basis. TIP: Make your reservations early.

Each attendee must book & pay the guest room fees directly to the hotel via the IMPS discounted link above. The booking must be guaranteed with a credit card.

The rates listed on the IMPS buttons above are stated in USD per room night. The rate quoted does not include city/state/room taxes.

Once you have successfully reserved a room you will receive a confirmation email with the hotel providing contact details and summary of your upcoming stay. Please keep this for your records and use in case of change or cancellations to your reservation.

Hotel Cancellation Information

Hilton Cancellation policies:
  1. In case of cancellation, early departure or other changes from May 22, 2024 to the arrival date, the hotel holds the right to charge the individual first night of stay, as reserved, as a cancellation fee. 
  2. In case of cancellation, early departure, or other changes from June 14, 2024 to the arrival date, the hotel holds the right to charge the individual the full length of the stay, as reserved, as a cancellation fee. 
  3. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact the hotel directly in the event of a cancellation or a change to the reservation that was made on their own.

Additional Information

Pending hotel’s availability and inventory at the time the reservation is made, the discounted rate may be available up to 2 days prior and 2 days after the IMPS meeting dates.
