Each person is permitted to present only one contributed paper. Keynote and invited speakers are also welcome to submit one contributed paper. There is no limit to the number of papers for which a presenter may be listed as a co-author.
Overhead and LCD projectors will be available for oral presentations. All oral presentations will be grouped into sessions of 4, with twenty minutes per presentation.
Proposals for poster sessions are also being accepted. There will be a prize for the best poster presentation, as well as a best junior oral presentation. For the criteria, see here .
Although proposals may be submitted for an oral or poster presentation, the program committee determines the final mode of presentation.
Proposals should include the following information:
- Name, institutional affiliation, mailing address, and e-mail address of primary contact
- Name of presenter
- Names of co-authors
- Mode of presentation (oral or poster session)
- Title of presentation
- Topic area (see the list of topic categories)
- An abstract of no more than 200 words
Please classify your proposal into one of the following topic categories:
