letter, please let us know as soon as possible.

All fees includes reception, breakfast, lunch, two breaks, transportation from hotel to conference site, and one ticket to the banquet. Additional banquet tickets are $65.

| Workshops |
|
It is now possible to register for workshops without registering for the
conference. To do so, please select the appropriate form below. Online
workshop-only registraton is not possible.

convenience of our Canadian members, to avoid unnecessary exchange fees. Non
members wishing to pay in Canadian currency must apply for membership
separately, here.

Workshop availability is subject to enrollment. Workshops with fewer than 10
registrants may be cancelled. If a workshop is cancelled all registrants will be given the
choice between a full refund of the workshop fee, or transferral to a different workshop. Information on the five offered workshops is available here.

Important note regarding membership status:
Although people are not dropped from the membership rolls of the Society until
the fall of the year during which they have not paid dues, in order to register
for the conference at member rates you must renew your membership prior to
registering for the conference.
The difference in cost between member and non-member registration is exactly
equal to membership dues for 2006, and is applied to membership dues for 2006.
Therefore registering for the conference at non-member rates has exactly the same
effect as joining the Society or renewing an existing membership, and then registering
for the conference. The only difference is that you only need to fill out one form,
and you do not need to wait for us to process your membership and change your status
in the conference database. The two databases are, regrettably, not able to
automatically update each other.

Registration changes or cancellations must be received by us by May 15th for a 90%
refund. After May 15th only 50% of the registration can be refunded.
Please note that the only credit cards we can accept are Visa and Mastercard. We apologize
for not having explicitely stated this on the earlier registration forms.
