Oral presentations are scheduled so that each one will have at least 20 minutes, including introduction and conclusion. A computer with a USB port and a projector will be available.

Poster boards are 3 feet tall x 4 feet wide. If needed, we can also provide you with two separate poster boards but please let us know in advance. Tape and pushpins will also be provided.
