- Hotel De Lindeboom (Located in the town center, 4 kms. from the conference site, 500 m. from Tilburg Railway Station (H4 on map). No private parking)
- Bastion Hotel (SE of the town center, 5 kms. from conference site, 50 m. from bus stop (H7 on map). Private parking)
- Ibis Tilburg (SW of the town center, 3 kms. from the conference site, 500 m. from bus stop (H6 on map). Private parking)
- Mercure Tilburg (Located in the town center, 4 kms. from the conference site, 500 m. from bus stop (H3 on map). Indoor parking.)
- Hotel Gilze Rijen (Located next to motorway A58 from Breda to Tilburg. University Campus not accessible by public transportation)
